Boy, have I been a busy little hector today! As part of the BusyOutdoors.Com build, I wanted to put genuine content into the site that would actually be of some use that would perhaps give some affiliate sales - the site is there to make money I make no bones about that. A new aquaintance of mine who runs a highly successful garden allotment site, www.allotment.org.uk (a very good read even if aren’t a gardener), gave me an idea for what the gurus would call ‘monetising’ the site. Quite a few businesses manage their affiliate programs through portals and I have been investigating how these can be integrated into a site like BusyOutdoors.com

I will report back with my findings but it is a little like opening Pandora’s Box at the moment - definately time for some Zzz’s
