Spend to save…

Posted on 29 August, 2006

When it comes to doing anything that involves financial outlay for the business we can always find excuses not to bite the bullet and make the investment. There has been a piece of software that I have been looking at for the past couple of months and have convinced myself on numerous occasions that I didn’t need it despite knowing that it would be really useful. Well, yesterday I took the plunge in a moment of madness and spent $67! I just threw caution to the wind, played the exchange rates and pressed the purchase now button in a frenzy of self satisfaction.

What is the point to all this? Well, having used the piece of software today, I realised that I should have bought it two months ago. Come on, it was $67 and it will probably pay for itself in two weeks or less. I think that you have to be cautious with internet marketing and SEO products as all the 67s can soon add up and you end up with a useless bunch of tools that all do the same thing with the Google API but with a bit of careful research and study you can end up with the right tool for the job. Perhaps I was right to wait two months then….Oh, the name of the software? Well, I’ll keep it to myself just for now - I did do all the legwork! Come back soon as they say and I will get a report done soonest.
