A small number of Video iPods sold after September 11, 2006 were shipped with the Windows RavMonE.exe virus on board.

Apple have firmly blamed Microsoft, no surprise there then!  Read about Apple’s announcement regarding Microsoft

An Apple spokesperson says, "As you might imagine, we are upset at Windows for not being more hardy against such viruses, and even more upset with ourselves for not catching it."

That must be quite a sweet moment for Apple but at the end of the day they shipped them with the virus, not Microsoft!
