Google has just launched a customizable search engine. The tool allows webmasters to increase the relevance of the sites they choose and you can exclude sites from the results. The results that appear after those selected are from Google’s normal search results. To show the customized search engine on your site, you just copy and paste the code supplied.

If you use AdSense, you can add AdSense blocks to your search results.
